Identify Card

This card was developed to help the Officer get the necessary information to identify the person they are dealing with (suspect, witness, victim, reporting person). This card fits in the uniform pocket and shows questions in Spanish and English. It shows name, date of birth, address, and telephone number. It has other commonly used commands on it also.

OWI Card

This card has the three field sobriety tests on it: Horizontal gaze nystagmus, walk and turn, and one legged stand in English and Spanish. It fits in the Officers uniform pocket.

Identify Form

This form works hand in hand with the identify card. It has the identifying questions in Spanish and English and allows space for the Latino to write their information down for the Officer. This form is bound together in groups of 25 sheets and fits in the Officers squad bag nicely.

Ticket Explanation Form

This form allows and Officer to explain a traffic citation without saying anything in Spanish. It has several common traffic violations in English and Spanish and the Officer just has to check the box next to the violation. The form has all of the months, days, and times for court in Spanish and English. Finally, the form has a place for the Officer to check if the subject has to go to court or not. This form is bound together in groups of 25 sheets and fits nicely in Officers squad bag.
